I heard somewhere that it ';strips'; your hair but if i don't take a shower every day i'll have greasy hair.Is it bad to take a shower/bath every day?
Okay, here is what whoever said that meant. You are supposed to take showers daily, but you only have to wash your hair with shampoo every other day. But make sure you get your hair wet when you don't shampoo/condition it, or else it will probably get greasy.Is it bad to take a shower/bath every day?
You can shower and wash your hair everyday if it gets greasy otherwise.

It could be the shampoo you use...but not its not bad.
You don't have to wash your hair everyday...that's what showercaps are for!
