your pores are opening by using hot water, sometimes if you have sensative pores it could irratiate then causing red bumps almost like razor burn. once your skin dries and has time to re-acclimate to the normal temperature they will go away, no big deal, but you may want to turn the temp down. the onther thing may be that you have scabies. scabied are flared up with an increase in temperature.
this could be an allergic reaction to chemicals placed in water to clean it speak to your doctor
