Is it besst to shower or bath when sickk?

Which one and hot or cold water??





Causse I havee a coughh and feel kindaa weak =(


I want to feel betterr, so which is better to take and what temperturee?

When I'm sick with the flu, I like to run a hot bath and just relax in it. It helps ease my aching and chills. It may not clear your nose like a shower would, but it's much more relaxing, and no standing is invovled. I always found taking showers when I was sick was hard because I was already weak and the hot water made it worse. I would get light headed and dizzy lolIs it besst to shower or bath when sickk?
A quick shower can relax you and the steam generated will help the breathing or relax sore muscles from coughing. There are some Steam therapy shower washes that vaporize to help breathing better...check it out when you go to the pharmacy next.





Baths can soothe also....warm bat to relax and breathe in the moisture to help a dry cough and soothe aches.





It you feel weak...please make sure someone is in the house when you are bathing to listen for you to complete the bath and not fall to hurt yourself.





Whichever you feel like doing is rule of thumb....being clean and in new /fresh clothes can help you feel better too.
take a bath shower you have to stand up a bath you can just relax and take warm one if you have a bad cough cause hot water will make your lungs feel worse kinda like if you stay in a hot tub you feel a pain in your lungs. and a cold shower or bath if i'm not mistaken will make you sicker and besides that who likes a cold shower.
A hot bath and put a warm wet washcloth on your forehead, it's relaxing and feels reeeaaaally good. Try bubbles and inscence, it'll clear your nazel passages and your through, smells good and feels good, too. :)
take a hot bath, just relax in it for like 45 minutes or untill it turns cold and get out and you'll feel refreshed works for me and everyone else i know .
Well, if you are sick, you should probually take a bath, because it helps you to relax, and it kills alot of germs. Like a sauna burns calories, and...... also kills germs. That why I don't go in saunas, lol.
bath. like a nice realy warm one.. just sit in it and it is supposed to help your body.. i always do it.
Well if you've not got a temperature then I suggest having a nice long hot bath, try eat something and then go to bed.
I suggest you that for Take a warm bath and try to relax because Cold will make you more ill.

I always find a shower to be best because more steam is created, which will clear your stuffed up passageways.
Take a nice warm shower. When you are sick, you sweat out toxins, and it is important to wash these off so they are not reabsorbed by your skin.
it will make u feel much better u should take a warm to hot bath not shower if u feel weak it always helps me out so u should try it. Hope ya feel better soon
warm bath....relaxes the muscles....and your laying down, so you don't slip if your feeling weak
im pretty sure baths are better
dab a sponge on yourself lOl
