i shower about once every two days in winter and pretty much every day in summer! And somewhere in between in spring and autumn!How many times a week do you take a shower or bath yourself?

I shower every morning.
Its not that I smell, but I like to shower in the mornings, after sleeping next to my husband, and with the work I do (working with elderly) I also bath every night, to much maybe, but I feel a lot better for it...

I shower at least once a day. I dont bath coz it wastes water.
I have a bath,but because of an illness i cannot use it,so i have a wash down,i can understand that people will want to wash every day,to smell fresh,and feel clean.No one wants to cuddle up to some one that smell of body sweats.these days there is no reason to go dirty.
I shower every day. I do this as I like to be fresh at the start of every day.
Everyone has their own personal preference as to how often.

Considering how many bacteria we have living on our skin, regular batheing is a good practice. Personally I shower once or quite often twice a day. In the summer more often, not because I' a fanatic but because I swim a lot and I shower afterwards.

I shower every day but my job is quite physical so if i don't i get a little bit whiffy.

In the morning I feel all sweaty and fusty and I dont see the point in putting deoderant/perfume/make up on dirty skin. I like to be fresh!It also helps wake me up, which is a chore in itself!

I have a shower every morning when i get up from bed,it takes just as long to have a good wash with soap and water as it is to have a quick shower and it's clearing all your dead skin cells ,but shower every day cause my hair is always a real mess in the morning so i need to wash it so i shower at the same time
Surely couples must shower every morning after sleeping together all night, I go in the shower automatically now before I even put the kettle on.

I shower every morning, I don't like baths. I don't shower because I'm dirty, I shower because I like to feel fresh, it helps to wake me up, and I like to know my private bits are fresh for a clean pair of knickers. I wouldn't feel right if they hadn't been washed, and I then went to put on clean knickers.
I personally would class people who don't shower daily as a routine, a bit dirty, and I certainly don't like to be around dirty people.
About 10 times a week (at least once,sometimes twice a day). More in the Summer.
