How about at a gym - just pretend you're interested in a membership and ask if they will give you a one-day pass for free. I don't think you can do it twice at one gym, but there should be enough gyms in Hollywood to keep you going for some time.
Also, just because you're asking about free stuff in Hollywood, there are two sisters who give free/donation based yoga at Runyon Canyon. They are amazing and worth the effort of going. Every day at 10:30 am. Take a towel or mat if you have one.
