I have a whole basket full of these! How could I recycle/reuse them? What can I do with old bath/shower loofahs?
There still maybe hope for them if you boil them in vinegar. Once they're clean you can cut them and soak in a melted soap and let dry. That can be a cute gift. You can also use them to wash dishes/ scrub floors and clean your home. You can cut them up and put them in the bottom of a planter for drainage. Lastly if you dont want them that much you can bury them in your yard where they will decompose.
Happy Recycling =)What can I do with old bath/shower loofahs?
You can give away any of them that aren't used. They also make good back scratchers. You might be able to use them to paint a pattern on a wall...like sponge painting. I suppose you could put one in an aquarium and let fish swim around through them if they are the hollow kind.
Loofa ? as in natural spong? if so cut it into slices and dip in melted soap chips(use your leftover soap pieces) till well coated and then let dry on wax paper. when dry punch a small hole and tread with ribbon. give as gifts or hang around closets as a freshener.
If they're not used, maybe you have a friend who would like them (hopefully, she's not one of the people who gave them to you!).
Free cycle them.
They're the ';skeletons'; of a gourd--they should decompose easily enough.
Compost them, they are organic (Sea Cucumber)
Put them in a land fill. They are made of a biodegradable material and will not harm the earth.
Um... put them on stick, and shove them in the ground outside and pretend they are flowers :P I dunno... they are made of a plasticy kind of fibre aren't they? Maybe they can be melted down...
glue them together, hang them up, or use them as dog toys.
I think you should just throw them away. They hold bacteria.
Ummm I would throw them away. They are used anyways.
Make slippers!
compost them
unravel them and make a fishing net lol
yuck...trash em!
can i have them?
throw them away
or u could if your creative make something out of them
